Our chickens are the absolute best available from a small grower in Quebec. Organic. Air-Chilled, Cage-Free, Halal, Kosher, All Natural & Hormone/Antibiotic free. Once we receive them, they are prepared with the care and respect they deserve. We marinate them in our vacuum tumbler (Original or BBQ), then into the live-fire rotisserie and finished with our traditional rub, or painted & caramelized with our Slow Poke BBQ.
